Abstract

This White Paper considers several hitherto unrecognised differences between strengths-based approaches in Positive Psychology and Adult Social Care and asks a) whether these differences might be influencing outcomes for individuals and b) whether scientifically validated interventions developed in the field of Positive Psychology might enrich strengths based practice in Adult Social Care
