Resilience is a trait or characteristic often associated with the world of psychology and especially the study of stress and even trauma. However, is it still a relevant trait for managers to acquire especially during these turbulent times? This article will critically analyse current thinking on the concept of resilience, whilst evaluating its legitimacy for consideration as a support mechanism skill for managers.
